Vehicles are accepted by prior appointment and remain under PSH management while stored.
Customers do not rent individual bays and there is no unrestricted customer access. This allows the environment to remain controlled, discreet and personally managed.

What is included
A complete managed storage service.
Every vehicle is treated as an individual vehicle, with its agreed care requirements recorded when it enters storage.
The core service can include battery conditioning, tyre-pressure monitoring, visible fluid and leak checks, general visual condition checks, periodic owner updates and photographs, and preparation ahead of collection. Controlled engine start/warm-up can be agreed where appropriate for the particular vehicle.

About PSH
Automotive experience behind the service.
PSH Private Vehicle Storage is being developed in North Devon around a simple idea: owners should be able to leave a valued vehicle with someone who understands vehicles, not simply parking.
Technical background
More than 20 years around vehicles.
The service is technician-led, drawing on more than two decades of automotive experience.
That background includes working as an Audi diagnostic technician, master-technician-level responsibilities and specialist experience with high-performance vehicles including Audi R8 training.
This experience informs the storage service: careful observation, sensible vehicle-care routines and clear communication with the owner.
Audi and Audi R8 are referenced solely to describe prior professional training and experience. PSH Private Vehicle Storage is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Audi.

Where will PSH be located?

Can customers access vehicles whenever they want?
The service is managed and appointment-only. Drop-offs and collections are arranged in advance.
Does an enquiry commit me to storage?
No. An initial enquiry does not require payment or commit you to storage. We will discuss your vehicle, requirements, availability and the proposed arrangement with you first.
Is pricing published online?

Are vehicles insured while in storage?
Customer vehicles are covered under our specialist insurance arrangements while stored in our care, subject to the terms, conditions and limits of the applicable policy. The applicable position will be confirmed before storage begins.
Is PSH self-storage?
No. PSH provides a managed vehicle storage service. Customers do not rent or sublet individual areas of the premises and access is by prior appointment.
What security information is published?
For security and privacy, we do not publish detailed site-security arrangements or the precise facility address publicly. Relevant information is discussed directly with customers.
What vehicles do you accept?
PSH is designed primarily for prestige, performance, classic, collector, weekend and cherished vehicles. Other vehicles can be considered individually.
What care can be provided while my vehicle is stored?
Depending on the vehicle and agreed requirements, care can include battery conditioning, tyre-pressure monitoring, visible fluid and leak checks, general visual checks, periodic updates and photographs, and preparation before collection.
Can you arrange an MOT, service or detailing?
Yes. With the owner's approval, PSH can coordinate suitable external providers for MOTs, routine servicing, specialist work, detailing and vehicle transport. These are additional services and third-party charges may apply. The storage facility itself is not operated as a repair workshop.
How long can I store my vehicle?
Both shorter and longer-term requirements can be discussed. The appropriate arrangement is agreed directly with each owner and is subject to availability.
Will my vehicle be driven?
Vehicles are not routinely used on public roads as part of storage. Any movement or additional activity outside the normal storage arrangement would require the owner's agreement and appropriate insurance/authorisation.
